After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. Please review this confirmation carefully to ensure everything is correct. If you have any questions or notice anything that needs adjusting, contact our customer service team right away. Be sure to keep your confirmation email, as it contains your order number, which may be needed for future inquiries. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
All our products are sold with a one-year warranty and a three-year right to make complaints in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws. The warranty applies within Canada and covers only original defects, meaning issues that were present in the product at the time of delivery. Products that arrive faulty or damaged will be replaced or exchanged at no extra cost.

We are not responsible for any additional expenses resulting from a defective or damaged product, such as labor, materials, or related costs. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product before installation, and we do not compensate for improper installations. In the event of a dispute, we will follow the recommendations of Canadian consumer protection authorities.
We offer worldwide shipping at no additional cost. Please note that depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges, if any, must be settled directly with UPS before or upon delivery. For detailed information about possible fees in your region, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Once your order is placed, production typically begins the following business day. The estimated delivery times listed below include both production and shipping. All items are crafted and shipped from Sweden, and once dispatched, UPS will provide you with tracking details via email.

Production time: 0–2 business days
Delivery within Canada: 5 business days
Delivery to the EU: 10 - 20 business days
Delivery to the US: 7 - 10 business days
Delivery to other regions: call

If production takes longer than expected, you have the option to cancel your order at no cost.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UPS or other logistics partners. However, our customer service team is always ready to assist you. During promotional periods, production and delivery may take slightly longer.
